While upgrading Everest versions, sometimes customers get an error message as specified in the attached file. The attached file is taken from the ticket 108061.
The error occurs due to lack of security rights for the logged in user.
The solution to such error message is as follows .
Perform the following SQL query in your company database and then restart the upgrade process .
INSERT INTO TRCK_USE ( SEC_NO, IDNO, PASS ) values ( 10902, 'SUP-XXX', 'T')
In the above command kindly replace XXX with the company name.
For example, if you are running the update for 'ASC' company, then the SUP user is SUP-ASC.
IDNO is the logged in user doing the upgrade.
