EPM Live Installation - Verify Services

EPM Live installs two Windows Services, PortfolioEngine Queue and WorkEngine Timer Service.  These services will only be installed on the application server where all EPM Live components were installed.

Verify PortfolioEngine Queue Service

Click on Start, then under Administrative Tools, select the Services applet.  Scroll down until you find the PortfolioEngine Queue and make sure its status is set to “Started.” Start the service if it is stopped.

Verify WorkEngine Timer Service

Click on Start, then under Administrative Tools, select the Services applet.  Scroll down until you find the WorkEngine Timer and make sure its status is set to “Started.” Start the service if it is stopped.
