Project Manager

The Project Manager Project Role refers to those responsible for the planning and overall execution of a project.  

  • This usually starts by creating a project item, entering the project details, and building a resource plan and/or budget.
  • Once a Project Manager receives the green light to run with their project, they build the project team and the project schedule (where the Team Members will be assigned tasks.)
  • The Project Manager coordinates updates/approvals, ensures stakeholders are informed, and otherwise works to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
