How do I use the Show Resources option within the Resource Planner?

It is possible to display generic, named, plan, and/or team resources with in the bottom section of the Resource Planner. This lesson covers using the Show Resources option within the Resource Planner.

1. Select the Display Option

  1. In the bottom half of the Resource Planner split screen, click in the Show Resources field.
  2. Select from the listed options.

Note:

  • Show All Resources equal all the resources entered into the system.
  • Show Generic Resources are those generic roles added into the system.
  • Show Plan Resources are those whom have been added to the Resource Plan.
  • Show Team Resources are those whom have been added to the Build Team (Edit Team).
  • Match is used for matching resources with department and roles.

2. View the Selected Option

  • The selected view is displayed.
