How do I add a link to the Links List?

The Links page is one central location where suers can view, add, edit and share links in an EPM Live site. This article provides a brief overview of adding and editing links in the global Links list under the My Workplace heading.

1. Click Links

  1. Click the My Workplace icon on the Icon Bar.
  2. Click the Links link on the Navigation Menu.

2. Add a Link

  • Click New link.

2.1. Enter Link Information

  1. Enter the web address and description.
  2. Add notes.
  3. Click Save.

2.2. View the Links List

  • View the Links list.

3. Edit the Link

  1. Click the ellipsis menu to the right of the desired link.
  2. Click the Edit option to edit the link.

3.1. Edit the Link

  • Edit the desired fields and Save.
