What is the Projects Community?

"Projects" is a community within your site with a Navigation Menu that may include the following heading links: Requests, Portfolio, Projects, Tasks, Issues, Risks, Changes, Documents, Resources, and Reports. These heading links are to key sections within EPM Live. Each of these key sections displays enterprise level data that has been consolidated and rolled-up from the organization's projects, work, and all other actionable items into various web parts. This lesson covers viewing the Projects Community.

That is, if your organization uses Risks, then that optional add-in app will be present on the Navigation Menu. The order of where the newly added app appears will be determined by your site collection administrator.
