This lesson covers using the Sort and Group options in the Cost Analyzer.
Click Sort and Group
- Click Sort and Group located on the ribbon.
Select the Sort By Option
- Click in the Sort By box and select from the menu options.
Select the Then By Option
- Click in the Then By field and select from the menu options.
- Check the Group box to the right.
- Click OK.
Click the Plus Sign to Expand the List
- Click the plus (+) sign to the left of Actual Costs.
View the Sorted and Grouped List
- View the Sorted and Grouped list.
