How do I use the Totals Details button to select Total By options in the Cost Analyzer?

This lesson covers using the Totals Details (bottom grid) button to select “Total By” options in the Cost Analyzer.

Click Totals Details

  • Click Totals Details on the ribbon in the lower half of the split screen.

Select the Desired Total By Options

  1. Check the boxes to the left of the item you wish to view totals by.
  2. Click OK.

View Displayed Totals Details

  • View the PIs displayed plus the totals. Here the months that are over budget can easily be seen.
