This lesson covers using the Totals Details (bottom grid) button to select “Total By” options in the Cost Analyzer.
Click Totals Details
- Click Totals Details on the ribbon in the lower half of the split screen.
Select the Desired Total By Options
- Check the boxes to the left of the item you wish to view totals by.
- Click OK.
View Displayed Totals Details
- View the PIs displayed plus the totals. Here the months that are over budget can easily be seen.
