How do I use the Sort and Group options in the Original Cost Analyzer?

This lesson covers using the Sort and Group options in the Cost Analyzer.

Click Sort and Group

  • Click Sort and Group located on the ribbon.

Select the Sort By Option

  • Click in the Sort By box and select from the menu options.

Select the Then By Option

  1. Click in the Then By field and select from the menu options.
  2. Check the Group box to the right.
  3. Click OK.

Click the Plus Sign to Expand the List

  • Click the plus (+) sign to the left of Actual Costs.

View the Sorted and Grouped List

  • View the Sorted and Grouped list.
