How do I use the Search Settings button in the Cost Analyzer?

This lesson covers using the Search Settings button in the Cost Analyzer.

Click Search Settings

  • Click Search Settings on the ribbon.

Enter a Search Word

  • Type a word to search for in the "Search For" field.

Select the Criteria

  1. Click in the Where field.
  2. Select the desired criteria.

Select the Column Option:

Select the Column Option:
  1. Click in the "In" field.
  2. Select the column option.

Select Details or Totals

  1. Select the Details (top grid) option or Totals (botttom grid) option.
  2. Click OK.

View the Top Grid

  • View the top grid and the word Labor in the Cost Categories column.
