How do I edit a change request?

In the Changes List, users can enter, track, and edit change requests in one central location. This article covers editing a change request in EPM Live.

1. Click the Changes Link

  • Click the Changes link on the Navigation Menu.

2. View the Changes List

  • View the Changes List.

3. Edit a Change Request

  1. Click the ellipsis menu (...) to the right of the change request to be edited.
  2. Click Edit Item.

4. Edit the Change Request

  1. Enter any changes or desired additions.
  2. Click Save.

5. View the Changes

View the edited change request.

Note Status Icons:

  • A square icon denotes the status as Not Started
  • A blue right sided arrow icon denotes the status as In Progress
  • An icon with double lines denotes the status as Deferred
  • A resource icon denotes the status as Waiting on Someone
  • A green check icon denotes status as Completed
