This lesson covers adding a note to a resource plan row within the Resource Planner.
1. Click Note
- Select the resource row to which a note will be added.
- Click the Note icon on the ribbon.
2. Click Save
- Add your note.
- Click Save.
3. View the Note Icon
- View the Note icon to the left of the resource name. To view the Note details, click the icon and it will open.
Note: Both Notes and Comments are available in the Resource Planner. Notes allow for multiple lines of text and can be formatted (Bold, Italics, etc.). Best practice is to have the Project Manager use the Comments column to add shorter text which will be displayed in the Resource Plan.
