How do I add a note in My Timesheet?

Notes can be added to in the grid to the right of work and non-work items in My Timesheet. This lesson covers adding a note in My Timesheet.

Note: To use notes, they must be enabled by the Site Collection Administrator in the Timesheet Settings.

View the Note Icon

  1. Click in the grid where the time (hours) has been entered.
  2. View the Note icon.

Enter a Note

  1. Enter the note in the note box.
  2. Click OK.

View the Note Icon

  • View the yellow note icon.
