How do I add a company holiday to the calendar?

It is important to add all company holidays to the calendar in Microsoft Project so that the availability shows up correctly in the EPM Live's Resource Analyzer for scheduled work. This article covers adding a one day holiday in Microsoft Project.

1. Click the Project Tab

  1. Click the Project tab.
  2. Click Change Working Time.

2. Select the Date

  1. Select the date.
  2. Enter the Start and Finish dates.
  3. Click the Details button.

3. View the Details

  • View the Details window. Click OK.

4. Click OK

  • Click OK.
