Error: A client is having issues with pulling up vendors in the multiple payment processors because Everest browser window is behaving in unexpected ways.
Precheck Register before resorting.
Precheck Register after resorting with collapsed vendor information
Root Cause: Due to recent Everest upgrade, the difference between versions created an issue.
Workaround/Fix: Restore the browser window to factory settings and re-customize. Save the new customization for later use.
- Go to 'Multiple Payments' window or any Everest browser window.
- Right click on the upper left corner of the window
- Select 'Restore Factory Settings' Now, the issue is fixed.
