How does the Timesheet Manager send Timesheet emails to all users?

This lesson covers sending Timesheet emails from the Timesheet Manager to all users.

1. Click the Timesheets Tab

  • Click the Timesheet Manager link.

2. View All Users

View All Users
  1. Click in the Filter tool.
  2. Select the View All option.

3. Email All Users

Email All Users
  1. Check the boxes to the left of all the resource names.
  2. Click the Email Selected option.

4. Complete the Fields

Complete the Fields
  1. Complete the Subject field.
  2. Complete the Body field.
  3. Click Send E-mail.

5. View Results

View Results
  • View the email results.
