What is the EPM Live Online Planner?

The EPM Live Online Planner allows managers to create and manage dynamic web-based tasks using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The Online Planner is easily customized to meet multiple schedule methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Spiral, SCRUM, etc.) & business unit needs (PMO, IT, Service Desk, etc).  Different types of work can be planned and managed using different Online Planners, such as project tasks, service request tasks, Agile backlog tasks, etc.

Here are examples of two of EPM Live Online Planners: the Project Planner & Project Backlog Planner.

Note: The Online Planner may be configured for use with any list in EPM Live, as applicable.  For example, your organization may plan out a department's roadmap, a service request's service tasks, an application's tasks, etc.  The concepts for how to use and how to configure would be the same.  The primary difference is a matter of which source list is selected for planning with that planner.
